Program Management Office
Our Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for the governance and control of the Future Submarine Program including establishing internal control measures, processes, procedures, schedules, deliverables, reporting and provides operations support across the company’s activities in Australia.
They are also responsible for ensuring a uniform and consistent management of the Future Submarine Program to ensure overall client satisfaction.
